The chalets were super comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a cozy stay. We loved the fire pit, perfect for BBQ nights! The location was spot on, close to town and conveniently located for visiting the local distilleries. The hosts were friendly and helpful, recommending some amazing food places in the nearby town. a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. However, if we had to suggest something, it would be to have a small play area for children on site.

What a lovely little pod! We stayed at Hillside Havens for a few nights and it was perfect. The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The pod was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We loved having a full-size fridge with a small freezer compartment, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The garden area was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed relaxing on the stylish garden furniture. It was also great to have a space next to the pod for walking our dog. We would definitely go back!

It was the ideal location for me as I had to travel to various work locations around the area. the pod I stayed in was like a home away from home. I wish I had the chance to thank the owners in person, but the weather and my busy work schedule didn't allow for it. Nonetheless, I want to express my gratitude. the pod had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a great shower, and amenities like a fridge, microwave, and toaster. the Wi-Fi was excellent, and there was even access to Netflix on the television. the view from the pod was simply breathtaking. It was a peaceful and quiet retreat. I can't wait to stay here again in the future. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hillside retreat. the cozy cabin had stunning views of the surrounding area and was well, equipped with everything we needed. the friendly and helpful owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even providing organic and fair, trade tea and coffee. the compact interior was incredibly well, maintained and had excellent internet connection. We especially loved the warm and inviting atmosphere of the cabin.

The noise from a neighboring child, but luckily the well, insulated walls kept the sound at bay.

My partner and I stayed at Hillside Havens for a weekend getaway. The 4 pods set in a hillside environment were a unique and cozy accommodation choice. The attention to detail in their design and upkeep was impressive. Derek, our host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the area. We loved the breathtaking view from our pod, the comfortable bed, and the well-equipped kitchenette. The fast Wi-Fi and access to Netflix on the TV were great additions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Reviews previously sold us on going. We arrived at just before 4pm picked up the keys and had a nice chat with the owner about football and our purpose of visit. Facilities are second to none, underfloor heating, cosy bed, fridge, sink. The whole Hobbit look of the place was fantastic, and it was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The owners were really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again any time. Great seating area with a view over the town.
